Due to the nature of the designs being embroidered, the back of the design may be slightly scratchy. This will reduce as the item is worn/washed, but if you are sensitive to it, I recommend getting some iron on interfacing to back the design with and smooth it out.

Orders will ship on average within two weeks from ordering as everything is made to order, but this may be extended during peak times or due to strikes! I won’t make any guarantees on delivery timescales because I don’t want to risk disappointment, but drop me an email before ordering if you need it by a certain date.
Returns and refunds are only offered where a product arrives defective or wrong, but other issues may be resolved by emailing us.
